Founder
Blake has been involved in billions of dollars of capital markets transactions across a two-decade career in commercial real estate finance, spanning small-balance multifamily and commercial debt, agency and government-insured lending, CMBS, and public-market capital formation.
He founded Janover Inc., the commercial real estate financing platform behind Multifamily.loans and CommercialRealEstate.loans, and led it to a Nasdaq IPO as founder and CEO; he has been a principal in three U.S. IPOs across Nasdaq and NYSE. Today he serves on the boards of two Nasdaq-listed public companies, including Deep Fission, an advanced nuclear energy company in the U.S. Department of Energy's Reactor Pilot Program. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (OPM) and lectures on entrepreneurship at Reichman University's Zell Program.

Nearly a decade financing commercial real estate nationwide. Since 2018, Brandon has originated more than 150 transactions totaling over $500 million: an agency specialist with deep Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac execution who also structures across CMBS, banks, credit unions, life companies, HUD, and bridge capital.
Director, Capital Markets
Thirteen years in debt advisory and capital markets, with more than half a billion dollars of debt closed across construction, acquisition, and refinance mandates in every major asset class. Brad leads bank, credit union, CMBS, and life company executions, and built his early career at Meridian Capital Group.
Senior Underwriter
More than eight years in commercial real estate finance and underwriting. Vassu supports structuring, due diligence, and underwriting across every loan type and asset class the desk touches, pairing institutional-grade analysis with AI-assisted underwriting workflows that move deals faster. He came up through valuations and advisory at Newmark and holds a graduate finance diploma from the London School of Economics.
